As many retreat expenses are committed well in advance, we strongly encourage guests to ensure they are able to travel before confirming their booking. Our team is available to answer questions prior to purchase.
For this reason, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly insurance that covers:
Yogi Nomads cannot reimburse cancellations resulting from illness, injury, family emergencies, visa refusals, airline disruptions, personal circumstances, or any unforeseen event affecting the guest.
Yogi Nomads reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) safety concerns, weather conditions, governmental restrictions, supplier issues, operational challenges, force majeure events, or insufficient participation.
Yogi Nomads will always make reasonable efforts to operate retreats as planned. However, adjustments may become necessary in order to prioritize safety, logistics, operational continuity, and the overall retreat experience.
If a retreat is canceled or postponed by Yogi Nomads prior to the start date, all payments made directly to Yogi Nomads will automatically be transferred as retreat credit valid for any future Yogi Nomads retreat within 48 months from the cancellation or postponement notification date.

Each retreat may be personalized according to your preferences.
Within 72 hours of confirming your booking, you may request optional additions including:
Optional services are subject to availability and must generally be confirmed no later than 60 days before departure. Once confirmed, they are non-refundable.
Flight details must be submitted no later than 60 days before the retreat to allow proper coordination of airport transfers and retreat logistics.
Private airport transfers and all scheduled ground transportation included within the official retreat itinerary are arranged by Yogi Nomads unless the client chooses to book flights independently (not with Yogi Nomads agents); in such cases, airport transfers and ground logistics might not be included in some cases depending on time of arrival and departure.
Transfers outside the official itinerary, missed transfers due to uncommunicated flight changes, or private transport requests may incur additional charges.
Guests are solely responsible for monitoring their flight reservations, verifying travel details, and staying informed of any airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or updates. Any changes to flight information must be communicated promptly to Yogi Nomads to allow appropriate logistical arrangements whenever possible.
Transfer times may vary depending on traffic, road conditions, weather, local events, and operational requirements.
Yogi Nomads is not responsible for missed flights, airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.
Guests selecting shared accommodation will be paired with another participant whenever possible. If a suitable roommate cannot be matched, the applicable single occupancy supplement will be required.

Guests are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Yogi Nomads does not cover costs arising from illness, cancellations, missed flights, or unforeseen travel issues.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the retreat. Guests choosing to travel without medical insurance are responsible for any incidents occurring throughout the retreat dates (including travel times).
Any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, medications, dietary requirements, physical limitations, or mental health conditions that may affect participation or the wellbeing of the group must be disclosed to Yogi Nomads no later than 60 days before departure.
Failure to disclose relevant physical or mental health conditions that may affect participation may result in exclusion from part or all of the retreat without refund if deemed necessary for the safety, wellbeing, or experience of the guest or the group.
Certain yoga practices, Ayurvedic treatments, spa therapies, wellness experiences, and optional activities may not be suitable for everyone.
Participation in all activities is voluntary and undertaken at the guest's own discretion.
Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and wellness activities offered during the retreat are complementary experiences and should not be considered medical treatment or medical advice.
Yogi Nomads retreats are community-based experiences built on respect, safety, and care.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, facilitators, staff, and local communities. If a guest's behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the group or retreat experience, Yogi Nomads reserves the right to remove the guest from the retreat without refund.
Yogi Nomads retreats are built on respect—for one another, for local communities, and for the places we visit.
Guests are expected to respect local customs, cultural traditions, religious sites, dress codes, wildlife, and the natural environment throughout the retreat.
Some services included in or offered during the retreat (accommodation, transport, spa services, excursions) are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
While Yogi Nomads carefully selects its partners, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party providers.
Yogi Nomads is not responsible for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) weather conditions, natural events, governmental actions, strikes, health emergencies, war, political instability, airport closures, airline disruptions, or transportation interruptions.
In such cases, Yogi Nomads will always act in good faith to preserve the retreat experience as much as reasonably possible. Payments made directly to Yogi Nomads remain non-refundable. A retreat credit voucher equivalent to the amount paid solely to Yogi Nomads will be issued and may be used toward any future Yogi Nomads retreat within 48 months from the date of cancellation or postponement notification.
Refunds, credits, penalties, rescheduling policies, or operational changes related to flights, hotels, insurance providers, excursion operators, or any third-party supplier remain strictly subject to the policies and decisions of the respective provider.
By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and accept that travel-related services inherently involve variables outside the control of Yogi Nomads, and flexibility may be required in exceptional circumstances.
Every Yogi Nomads retreat is thoughtfully curated; however, flexibility is part of meaningful travel.
Minor adjustments to hotels, schedules, activity order, teachers, timings, or experiences may occasionally be necessary due to weather conditions, traffic, temple schedules, wildlife activity, supplier availability, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
Optional wildlife experiences remain subject to nature, and animal sightings can never be guaranteed.
Any changes will always be made with the intention of preserving the quality, safety, and overall spirit of the retreat.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the retreat. While every reasonable care will be taken, Yogi Nomads cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage, valuables, travel documents, electronic devices, or personal items during the retreat or while using third-party transportation and accommodation services.
By attending a retreat, guests agree that photos or videos taken during the experience may be used by Yogi Nomads for communication and marketing purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing to life@yoginomads.eu prior to the retreat.
